All our products are new and checked before shipping. The warranty period depends on the product — it is confirmed when you order, by phone and on the product page.
Repairs
Parts replaced during a repair are guaranteed. If the same problem comes back on the replaced part, bring the device back: we take care of it at no extra cost.
What is not covered
Accidental damage (cracked screen, shock), contact with water or humidity, normal battery wear, and damage caused by misuse or third-party intervention.
How to make a claim
Call us with the phone number used for your order at hand. Keep the packaging and any accessories that came with the product — it speeds up processing.
